Hello

A Bit About Me

I have proven results in driving increased ROI through applying the principles of user centred design, enhanced by a deep understanding of our customer’s needs, wants and future demands.

I am passionate about driving change by advocating research findings with actionable insights, through presentations, insight playback sessions and creative deliverables.

As a seasoned User Experience professional my skillset is highly geared towards research strategy, conducting independent research, and collecting and analysing findings to create more useful and profitable digital experiences.

At the heart of my job is empathising with people and advocating for higher quality customer experiences. I currently spend my days understanding our NRMA customers and solving business and design problems through the HCD process.

I value working in a collaborative, Agile, cross-functional team, and I enjoy all facets of design thinking and the HCD process end to end.

I am well versed in Lean and Agile UX methodologies and adept in designing and facilitating HCD workshops, research, problem solving, ideation and both generative and evaluative research methods; while evangelising the core opportunities uncovered to create true value for your customers and business.

In design we often reference principle as the guiding values we stand by when solving for customers and businesses. I have discovered that I work best when I am in an environment with closely aligned values to those of my own that apply to both to my work and personal life, including:

  • Authenticity

  • Integrity

  • Empathy

  • No wrong ideas

  • Yes, and

  • Collaboration

  • Inclusion

  • Innovation

  • Iteration

  • Growth personally, and professionally

  • Learning and mentoring
